Conversions - Convert measurement systems including MPH to Knots, Deg F to Deg C, Metric to English, etc.
Light Measurement - All refurbished lighted components are checked for brightness and uniformity. We have the capability to measure light color and intensity and tone the items to meet customer and Military Specifications.
Data plates - Produce data plates for manufacturers. Data plates are aluminum with the image encapsulated in the top anodized layer. This results in a product that is impervious to chemicals and wear, and conforms to numerous Military Specifications.
CAD - We use DesignCAD for all layout and artwork generation. We routinely import CAD files from customers (AutoCAD DWG files work best) to create artwork. All of our machine work for fabrication is also done using CAD files.
Radium / Luminescent Dials - During World War II radium was used on dials to produce products that glowed in low light situations. Radium is a radioactive material and is now prohibited by law. We provide replacement dial blanks and simulate the color with conventional inks. We also print items with luminescent inks that glow in low light.
Fabrication / Manufacturing - Together with our business partners we have the capability to fabricate instrument panels, face plates, dials and other components made of aluminum, acrylic plastic or glass. When used to replace a defective component received for refinishing, our replacement can be certified for use in type certificated aircraft.
